This one Coca Cola sign

I was in Boston at the end of last month and got the chance to visit some old stomping grounds. This Coca Cola sign stars in some of my earliest childhood memories so it's quite likely older than I am.

What's it take to just... exist, for 30+ years? To go through the bull markets, the bear markets, the threats of war, the pandemics, and come out more or less intact? I'm developing a deeper appreciation for staying power as I put on the years and live through the changes. I think it's severely underrated in American culture.

... Though for this church nearby, survival apparently means a cyber turtle shell prosthetic and a rebrand as "The Lucas." Not sure how I feel about that one.
